Scoring

One percentage that reflects positive experience.

CoreQ combines the official question set into a single satisfaction measure. Respondents use a five-point scale from Poor (1) to Excellent (5).

The facility score is calculated by counting valid respondents whose average across all questions is 3.0 or higher and dividing that number by all valid responses for the same questionnaire type.

CoreQ requirements FAQ

What facility teams need to know.

Can CoreQ be part of an existing satisfaction survey?

Yes. The official questions can be asked by themselves or placed first in a longer customer satisfaction survey. The wording, order and five-point scale should remain exact.

How does Care Analytics handle paper surveys?

Completed paper responses can be securely entered into the survey workflow so they can be monitored and analyzed alongside text and tablet responses.

Can a vendor submit data to Trend Tracker?

Yes. A satisfaction survey vendor must submit the data, and Care Analytics is listed by CoreQ with upload capability.

Do results below the thresholds disappear?

No. Trend Tracker accepts results with fewer than 20 valid responses or response rates below 30%, but does not include those results in aggregate calculations or analyses.
